Educational Qualification
Candidates should possess any one of the following qualifications:
- M.Sc. in Physics or Mathematics with 60% marks or 6.5 CPI.
- B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, or MS with 75% marks or 8.0 CPI.
Preference
Preference will be given to candidates having:
- Valid GATE Score (within the last five years).
- CSIR/UGC NET qualification.
Note: Candidates graduating from Centrally Funded Technical Institutions (CFTIs) with 8.5 CGPA or 80% marks are exempted from the GATE/NET requirement.
